Detective Inspectors

We inspect regularly and thoroughly. One month in, we do an inaugural inspection and once your tenant has settled, we do another 3 months later and three-monthly thereafter. The old saying that “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” means that we will stay on top of things proactively rather than having to react to nasty surprises.

Reporting for Duty

We use App based technology for our inspection reports and our property managers can complete the report and email to you virtually while they are still on site. This extremely comprehensive report has the capacity to include over 200 photos and a detailed text report of all aspects of the inspection and its results.

High Maintenance – Low Dramas

We have a very good working relationship with a team of tradespeople in the Bay of Plenty. Reliable, security-checked and highly skilled, we will only use registered electricians, plumbers and builders for the important property maintenance jobs that come up from time to time. We arrange this FREE OF CHARGE as part of our service to you.

We make it a priority to keep abreast of all new government regulations and law changes that affect investment property owners. We will be sure to keep you informed of all and any rules and regulations that are impending and pertinent.
