With Rentlink Property Management We:
- Build relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Ensure all weekly rent payments are received from tenants and follow up on missed payments. Firstly with a phone call, then a text message, and if no reply an email. If we have receive response, we will issue a 14 Day Notice to the tenant via email.
- Professionally advertise and market your property.
- Thoroughly screen prospective tenants to meet your requirements with appropriate checks: calling personal, employers and current/previous landlords, looking the applicant up through Tenancy Services, Facebook and credit checks where applicable.
- Collect the rent and disburse to landlords requirements, weekly/fortnightly/monthly with statements.
- Arrange any repairs and maintenance on the property and ensuring the maintenance is kept up to date.
- Regular inspections - first inspection, one month after a new tenant has settled in then 3 monthly routine inspections there after.
- Inspections reports and detailed photos are sent to the landlord within the next day.
- Assess market rent to maximise your rental value regularly.
