The expansion of the Rentlink family has been hugely successful in our ability to support our stakeholders in both their tenancies and investments in a much more cohesive manner than before. Move to Tapi Maintenance Software:
This year we made the move our maintenance software over to Tapi and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. Tapi has enabled us to take a proactive approach for every property, so that our customers receive a quality experience, and it helps streamline maintenance for both owners and tenants.
Additionally, the software's mobile accessibility ensures that teams can stay connected and informed while on the go, improving responsiveness and minimizing delays.
Each property has their own QR code placed in the kitchen cupboard that the tenant can scan and report any maintenance issues they may have any time of the day.
Key benefits of Tapi include real-time collaboration, allowing property managers and maintenance teams to communicate seamlessly, assign tasks, and track progress effortlessly. The software's automated scheduling, work order management and integration of invoices from contractors direct to owners simplify the coordination of maintenance activities, reducing downtime and enhancing overall property performance.
